The 2023-24 UEFA Youth League was the tenth season of the UEFA Youth League. It was organised by UEFA. It was contested by the under-19 youth teams of the 32 clubs qualified for the group stage of the 2023–24 UEFA Champions League. On the other hand, the 32 youth champions of the strongest nations in the UEFA played against each other.

Mode

The 32 teams were drawn into eight groups of four. The group compositions was the same as in the 2023-24 UEFA Champions League group stage. The teams played against each other home-and-away. The group winners went to the round of 16. The runners-up played a play off versus the winners of the Championship path. The championship path was played in 2 rounds with two legs. The 32 youth champions from the strongest nations according to the UEFA club coefficient qualify for the championship path. If any associations do not have a national youth championship, or if the national champion is already represented in the UEFA Champions League path, the next highest-ranked nation in the UEFA ranking takes their place.
