YBNL Nation, also called YBNL, is a record label in Nigeria. It was started by Olamide in 2012.[1]In 2020, Billboard magazine named YBNL as one of the important record labels in Nigeria.[2]

History

Olamide started YBNL Nation while he was working with a music group called Coded Tunes. He wanted to build a place where artists and producers could work together.[3]Olamide used money he earned to help train new artists. This helped YBNL Nation grow several well-known Nigerian musicians.[4]On 19 February 2020, YBNL Nation signed a deal with Empire Distribution to release and sell its music.[5]
