Marion is a city in the US state of Arkansas. It is the county seat of Crittenden County, Arkansas, United States. In 2020, Marion had a population of 13,752.[4] It is part of the Memphis metropolitan area.

Education

Marion has the Mid-South Community College. The college has bachelor's and master's degree programs with Arkansas State University, the University of Arkansas, the University of Central Arkansas, Arkansas Tech University and Franklin University.[5]

Public schools

The Marion School District gives the education to most of Marion. Some of the city is part of the West Memphis School District.[6]

  • Marion High School (grades 10–12)

The only high school of the West Memphis district is Academies of West Memphis (formerly West Memphis High School).
