Boron arsenide
Boron arsenide is a chemical compound made of boron and arsenic, with chemical formula BAs. In theory, it would be a III-V semiconductor, and might work better than other semiconductors than silicon or gallium arsenide. It is not used outside research because it is hard to make high-quality boron arsenide with the right crystal structure.[1]
