Tom and Jerry: Robin Hood and His Merry Mouse

Tom and Jerry: Robin Hood and His Merry Mouse is a 2012 animated adventure comedy films released in September 2012 on DVD. The story of Tom and Jerry, which is narrated by droopy, is told by the story of Robin Hood and his Mary mouse named Jerry, while Tom is the king’s cat.

Plot

The film begins with Robin Hood and his best friend running away being outlaws. After they escape, Jerry pops up, holding a turkey meal. As they enjoy their meal, Robin Hood says that it’s lucky that they did it today. His childhood friend, maid Marion, is proud of him most each time because he protects everybody, especially, his clever friend.

Meanwhile, Tom is bored with life in the kingdom. However, his life turns around when the king discovers they need to pay taxes. With this, he tricks Robin Hood in an arrow contest, but it’s tied up, pied in the face, and a piano falls on him. Friar Tuck, a beloved and wise man, owns a church and is proud of Jerry, but is dipleased with Tom causing a mess. Eventually, Robin Hood delivers food to a poor family and helped an ailing woman, winning the respect.

Later in the film, Tom and Jerry, get into a fight that accidentally causes the king to arrest everyone, being the one who caused the taxes ever since king Richard was away. Friartuck is warned by Robin Hood, and he confronts the sheriff, who had been Tom’s feeder all the time, feeding him gruel. However, he ends up arrested when he begins calling the sheriff names, and angrily tells the sheriff that he won’t get away with this. Tom, feeling guilty, decides to set things right with the help from Jerry.

So, with the help from Maid Marion and little John, they free the prisoners and save Friar Tuck. Friartuck and able to hit the cats on the head with frying pans, and he is approved when Tom helps him whack the last cat with the frying pan. Eventually, they do with the sheriff, and the sheriff causes a fire when he drops the torch on a curtain. Robin Hood jumps in the water to escape while getting everyone that dwells in the castle to safety. However, he is shot by arrows in the water and is found the next morning by Skippy, Robin Hood’s longtime fan. Jerry himself has been shot by an arrow when he dived into the water after Robin Hood to escape and while swimming after him underwater, he ended up getting hit, and the two of them are taken by mother mouse, who is the fellow widow and was also one of the villagers and that Jerry went to provide food for her. King Richard, arrests the king, and credits Tom and Jerry, for the bravery, and when Robin Hood awakens, they all praise him. Robin Hood Mary’s Marion, and friar tuck gross proud and tells Robin Hood that he is a nice brave hero.

It turns out that the story was narrated by droopy the whole film, and while droopy has been telling it to his nephews, and while Spike was out visiting his parents, he is displeased with the fact that he never got to be part of the story.
