Pleurodema cordobae is a frog. It lives in Argentina.[2][3][1]

Home

Scientists saw this frog in grassy places on mountains and in rocky places nearby. Adult frogs live under rocks. Scientists have seen it between 1,920 and 2,641 m (6,299 and 8,665 ft) above sea level.[1]

Scientists saw the frog in a protected place, Reserva Hídrica Provincial de Pampa de Achala. They think it could also live in Parque Nacional Quebrada del Condorito.[1]

Young

This frog has young from November to February. It has young in pools and ponds with plants in them that are 20 to 30 cm (7.9 to 11.8 in) deep. The male frogs float on top of the water near the land and call to the female frogs. The female frog puts her eggs on water plants.[1]

Danger

Scientists from the IUCN Red List say this frog is not in danger of dying out.[1]
