Memetic warfare
Memetic warfare is the use of memes to influence public opinion, politics, and spread propaganda.
Examples
The memes about Jeffrey Epstein have been criticized as desensitizing to the crimes committed.[1] Some conspiracists say that the "groups of political interest" spread the memes to downplay the atrocity.[2] However, this is not based on fact.
Some say that the "Kirkification" memes following the killing of Charlie Kirk downplay political violence.[3]
