Luis Enrique Arroyo Sánchez (born 10 November 1956) is a Peruvian politician and major general who is the Prime Minister of Peru since 17 March 2026.[1] Between 5 November 2025 and 24 February 2026, Arroyo was chief of the National Civil Defense Institute.[2]
