Jalapa, Nicaragua

Jalapa is a city and a municipality in the Nueva Segovia Department of Nicaragua. It was founded in 1891. As of 2022 estimation, 73,965 people lived here. The sister city receives Boulder, Colorado, United States, since 1987.
