Indigenous Hispanic and Latino Americans

Indigenous Hispanic Americans (or Indigenous Latino Americans) are individuals with roots in Latin America who hold ancestral, cultural, or genetic ties to the Indigenous populations inhabiting the Americas prior to European colonization. They often identify as Brown Indigenous American people under the terms Hispanic and Latino who are of Native American descent.
